Experience and Expertise
Stuart Bagley is a Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) and a Certified Safety Professional (CSP). He served as a senior consultant to local, state and federal government agencies and industry. Mr. Bagley has provided expert witness testimony in litigation involving mold, bacterial and endotoxin exposures, indoor air quality, pesticide exposure, chlorine exposure and structural/mechanical building defects.
Experienced in indoor air quality, health and safety audits, industrial hygiene monitoring, electromagnetic field testing, OSHA compliance, safety training, confined space entry, asbestos/lead abatement, construction site safety and noise surveys. He has over twenty five years of experience in indoor air quality and industrial hygiene. Mr. Bagley’s field experience includes serving as a:
